About the role:
We are looking for a
Visiting Faculty – Compiler Design
who can deliver engaging, implementation-oriented sessions and help students connect compiler theory with practical programming and systems concepts.

This opportunity is ideal for
academicians, industry professionals, technical trainers, or experienced practitioners
with strong expertise in Compiler Design and Programming Languages.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lectures and practical sessions on
Compiler Design and Programming Languages
.
- Teach topics including lexical analysis, parsing, syntax-directed translation, ASTs, symbol tables, intermediate representations, code generation, and optimization.
- Conduct labs, workshops, assignments, and project-based learning activities.
- Help students understand the practical implementation of compiler concepts.
- Mentor students on compiler-related projects,



hackathons, and technical initiatives.
- Design and improve lab exercises, assignments, and assessments.
- Collaborate with the academic team to create an engaging and industry-relevant learning experience.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of
Compiler Design and Programming Languages

- Understanding of:
- Lexical Analysis & Parsing
- Top-down & Bottom-up Parsing
- ASTs & Symbol Tables
- Intermediate Representations
- Three-Address Code
- Code Generation
- Static Analysis & Optimization
- Strong programming knowledge in
C/C++ and Python

- Experience with tools such as
Lex/Flex, Yacc/Bison, PLY, or parser generators
is preferred.
- Positive communication and classroom delivery skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
