International Sales Specialist– US

Shift Timing: 10 PM – 7 AM(US Shift)

Working Days: 6 Days/week

(Rotational Week Off)

About the Role

We’re looking for a driven and ambitious International Sales Specialist to join our growing sales team. This is a high-impact role where you’ll engage with customers across international markets, understand their requirements, and drive meaningful conversations that convert into enrolments.

Compensation & Training

For Freshers:
- First 2 months will be a paid training period with a stipend of ₹20,000/month.
- Post successful completion of training, compensation will be ₹4.45 LPA +Incentives.

For Experienced Candidates:
- Compensation range: ₹4.5–5.5 LPA, based on experience and interview performance.

Key Responsibilities




- Engage with international customers through consultative sales conversations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable learning solutions.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline while consistently driving conversions.
- Communicate product value with confidence and a customer-first approach.
- Follow up proactively with prospective customers to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while delivering a strong customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey from inquiry to enrolment.
- Continuously improve sales performance through feedback, learning, and process optimization.

Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in International Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, or similar customer-facing roles.
