About the Opportunity

GaneshaSpeaks.com is looking for a Email Marketing Specialist to drive customer engagement, retention, reactivation, and revenue growth through data-driven CRM and marketing automation strategies.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in CRM, Email Marketing, Customer Lifecycle Management, and Marketing Automation, along with a solid understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, campaign optimization, and retention metrics.

This role will be responsible for building and optimizing customer journeys across multiple digital channels and converting customer engagement into measurable business results.





Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute Customer Lifecycle & Retention Journeys across different stages of the customer journey.
- Develop strategies to reactivate dormant and inactive users through Email and WhatsApp automation.
- Plan and execute multichannel campaigns across Email, Push Notifications, SMS, WhatsApp, In-App, and Web Push.
- Manage customer segmentation and personalization strategies to improve engagement and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize open rates, CTR, conversions, and overall campaign performance.
- Monitor and improve key retention metrics, including:
- Retention Rate
- Reactivation Rate
- Repeat Purchase Ratio
- Customer Lifetime Value (CLV)
- Track campaign performance and prepare performance reports with revenue impact insights.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement, repeat purchases, and overall customer value.
