About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across search engines, social media, email, and other online channels. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, creativity, and a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience research.
- Manage and optimize SEO and SEM activities to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
- Create, coordinate, and optimize content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and landing pages.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, targeting, creatives, and conversion rates.
- Track website and campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and advertising dashboards.




- Prepare regular performance reports covering traffic, leads, conversions, ROI, and other key KPIs.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign and landing-page performance.
- Collaborate with content, design, sales, and business teams to support lead-generation and brand-building initiatives.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, algorithms, and emerging tools.
- Manage online reputation and maintain consistent brand communication across digital channels.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, paid social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Valuable knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
