About the Role

Sysmantech Group is opening a new Laptop Store in Sulthan Bathery and is looking for an experienced and energetic Store Manager to take responsibility for the overall operations and sales performance of the store.

The Store Manager will be responsible for managing daily store operations, leading the sales team, achieving sales targets, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring the store delivers an excellent brand experience.

Key Responsibilities :-
Store Management
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Store.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and maintained according to company standards.
- Ensure proper product display, pricing, promotional materials, and visual merchandising.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the backend team for replenishment.
- Maintain proper billing, documentation, and daily sales records.
- Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures.

Sales & Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for laptops, desktops, printers, accessories, and related products.




- Lead the sales team and allocate daily responsibilities and targets.
- Monitor individual salesperson performance and conversion rates.
- Generate walk-in sales and actively follow up with enquiries and leads.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling accessories, printers, protection packages, and other products.
- Monitor competitors, pricing, offers, and market activities in the local area.

Team Management
- Recruit, train, guide, and motivate store sales staff.
- Conduct daily briefings and review sales performance.
- Train employees on brand products, features, offers, financing options, and sales techniques.
- Ensure excellent customer handling and qualified behaviour by the team.
- Manage staff attendance, discipline, and daily activities.

Customer Relationship Management
- Handle important customers and assist the sales team in closing high-value deals.
