Job Summary

H-Cura is looking for a performance-driven
Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing
to manage and scale digital patient acquisition across multiple clinic locations.

The candidate will be responsible for
Meta Ads, Google Ads, lead generation, campaign optimization, social media marketing, SEO coordination, landing pages, analytics and branch-wise digital performance
. The role requires strong ownership of marketing budgets and measurable outcomes such as qualified leads, appointments, patient walk-ins, conversions and ROI.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and optimize
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
and
Google Ads
campaigns.
- Manage campaigns for H-Cura's
Hair, Skin/Aesthetic, Dental and Homeopathy
verticals.
- Create and manage
Lead Generation, WhatsApp, Website Conversion,



Search, Display, Remarketing and Video campaigns
.
- Develop branch-wise and service-wise digital marketing strategies based on monthly business targets.
- Manage daily and monthly advertising budgets and ensure efficient utilization.
- Continuously monitor
CPL, CPC, CTR, CPM, Conversion Rate, Cost per Walk-In, CAC and ROAS/ROI
.
- Improve lead quality through better targeting, campaign structure, audience segmentation, creatives and lead forms.
- Build and test
custom audiences, lookalike audiences, retargeting audiences and location-based targeting
.
- Conduct regular
A/B testing
of creatives, ad copy, offers, audiences, landing pages and campaign objectives.
- Identify underperforming campaigns quickly and take corrective actions.
- Scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining lead quality and acquisition costs.
- Conduct keyword research and manage
Google Search campaigns
, including negative keywo
