Description

We're looking for a Graphic Designer who knows their craft and has a great aesthetic eye. You should be able to take a brief, find the interesting bit, turn it into a visual idea and actually make it happen. You’ll work across digital campaigns, social content, brand work, launches, etc. You should be comfortable taking an idea from a rough thought to a finished piece of work, working closely with copywriters and creative leads along the way. Basically, if you're always looking at what's happening on Instagram, saving things on Pinterest, following design accounts, experimenting with current tools - you'll fit right in.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Design & Creative
- Develop visual concepts for digital campaigns, social media, product launches, brand communication and BAU content.
- Take creative briefs and turn them into strong visual ideas.
- Work closely with copywriters and creative teams to build ideas that work as a whole.
- Explore different visual styles,



layouts and treatments to find the right look for an idea.
- Design across different formats and platforms, from a social post to a campaign visual.
- Execution
- Take designs from concept to final artwork.
- Work across static, digital, social, presentation, web and mobile formats.
- Adapt creative across multiple sizes and platforms while keeping the idea intact.
- Work with motion, video, production and tech teams when required.
- Collaboration
- Participate in brainstorms, creative reviews and pitches.
- Work closely with copy, strategy, accounts, media and tech teams.
- Be able to explain your design choices and take feedback constructively.
- Bring your own ideas to the table, not just execute someone else's
- Keeping up to date
- Keep an eye on what's happening in design, advertising, social and popular culture.
- Experiment with new design styles, formats, AI tools and creative techniques.
- Bring interesting references
