We are looking for skilled
English LLM Trainers
to help improve next-generation AI models. The role involves evaluating AI-generated responses, identifying errors, and providing high-quality feedback to enhance model accuracy, reasoning, relevance, and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate AI-generated responses against given prompts and guidelines.
- Assess responses for
accuracy, relevance, completeness, tone, grammar, and instruction following

- Identify factual, logical, linguistic, and formatting errors.
- Compare multiple AI responses and determine which response is better.
- Provide clear and consistent feedback to improve model performance.
- Follow project-specific guidelines and maintain high annotation quality.
