We are looking for a highly motivated
Strategy & Business Development Associate

The selected candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives, improve organizational processes, support international business expansion, and contribute to new product launches.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive strategic initiatives to support business growth across domestic and international markets.
- Support export growth initiatives across
Europe, Americas, and the Middle East
.
- Identify opportunities to improve organizational efficiency through
AI-enabled process improvements
.
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product Management, Marketing,



and Operations to execute strategic projects.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
- Build business cases and financial models to support strategic decision-making.
- Track key business metrics and prepare dashboards, presentations, and management reports.
- Assist leadership in planning, execution, and monitoring of high-impact strategic projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of strategic initiatives.
- Present recommendations and insights to senior leadership.

Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
(Advanced Excel preferred).
- Ability to structure business problems and derive actionable insights.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
