- Teach UG/PG courses in Public Administration, Political Science, Governance and related areas.
- Conduct research and publish in reputed journals.
- Guide students in projects, dissertations and research work.
- Develop course content and participate in curriculum development.
- Organise/participate in seminars, conferences and academic activities.
- Contribute to departmental and university-level academic responsibilities.

Eligibility:
- Ph.D. in Public Administration, Political Science or a related discipline.
- Relevant teaching/research experience as per UGC norms.
- Solid academic record with quality research publications.
- Excellent communication, teaching and mentoring skills.
