We're looking for an experienced Tendering Specialist to manage end-to-end tendering activities for large-scale Solar EPC projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids.
- Analyze tender documents and identify project requirements.
- Coordinate with design, estimation, procurement, and finance teams.
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and bid documentation.
- Handle government and private sector tenders through various procurement portals.
- Ensure timely submission and compliance with tender requirements.

Requirements:
- 10–12 years of experience in Tendering for Solar EPC projects.
- Robust understanding of bid management and commercial documentation.
- Experience with GeM, CPPP, and other e-procurement portals is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
