What you’ll do:

Eaton announced, on June 11, 20206, the intent to combine its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) with a new company. We expect to complete this process by the end of the first half of 2027. The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton's plans, programs and practices. If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Mobility Group when the transaction closes, the new company will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time.

The Deputy Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, efficient and cost-effective operation of production equipment, assembly systems, plant utilities and supporting infrastructure within a gear, shaft and transmission manufacturing facility.

The position will lead day-to-day mechanical,



electrical and automation maintenance activities; strengthen preventive and predictive maintenance systems; improve equipment reliability; reduce breakdowns; enhance OEE; and develop the technical capability of the maintenance team.

The role holder will support the Maintenance Manager in implementing TPM, reliability engineering, energy conservation, maintenance digitalization and continuous-improvement programs across CNC machining, gear manufacturing, grinding, heat treatment, washing and transmission assembly operations.
