We are looking for a
Head of AI Infrastructure Security
to define and lead the security strategy across our AI platform, GPU infrastructure, cloud environments, and customer-facing services. This role will own the end-to-end security posture of our AI infrastructure, ensuring our platform remains secure, resilient, and compliant while enabling rapid innovation.

What You'll Do
Security Strategy & Architecture
- Define and own the security architecture for Nava's AI infrastructure, GPU clusters, cloud platforms, and control plane.
- Establish security standards, policies, and governance frameworks across infrastructure, applications, and engineering teams.
- Design security controls that enable secure multi-tenant AI infrastructure while maintaining performance and scalability.




- Partner with Engineering and Product teams to embed security into platform architecture and software development lifecycles.

Infrastructure & Platform Security
- Secure GPU clusters, compute infrastructure, networking, storage, Kubernetes environments, and management systems.
- Lead hardening initiatives across firmware, operating systems, virtualization layers, container platforms, APIs, and infrastructure services.
- Protect tenant isolation and ensure solid identity, access management, and privilege controls across the platform.
- Drive secure infrastructure provisioning through Infrastructure-as-Code and policy automation.

Threat Detection & Incident Response
- Build and lead security monitoring, detection, and response capabilities.
- Develop processes for vulnerability management, threat intelligence, penetration testing, and continuous security assessments.
