SUMMARY OF THE OVERALL JOB

This person serves as a global subject matter expert for SAP Concur ecosystem, supporting the governance, optimisation and continuous improvement of the company's Travel, Expense, Request and Corporate Card programmes. The role is responsible for promoting operational excellence, policy compliance, process standardisation and user adoption across global business units while partnering with Finance, HR, Procurement, Compliance, Audit and external vendors.As a trusted advisor and Concur super administrator, the incumbent provides expert guidance on system enhancements, reporting and analytics, implementations and continuous improvement initiatives to maximise the value of the Concur platform. The role serves as a key escalation point for complex system, policy and card programme issues while supporting global Concur objectives and organisational growth.

KEY FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the Concur operations to provide direction to subsidiaries on projects, implementations, and improvement initiatives.



Provide guidance and expertise to global admins on product or process improvements. Lead and support the rollout and implementation of the Concur program to our global partners. Strategic leadership abilities to move the Concur function forwards to a global structure. Manage the team of daily processing, troubleshooting and report writing requirements as well as required maintenance of Concur solution and its peripheral solutions and interfaces to enhance, streamline procedures, and to ensure integrity of processes and data. Manage the -Concur relationship and contract.
