We are seeking agile and self-motivated HR Interns to support and contribute to core HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, training coordination, and HR operations. The role requires strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, along with knowledge of HR best practices and labour laws.

Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required, along with a mandatory MBA qualification

Location: Trivandrum, Kerala.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing workforce planning strategies in collaboration with senior HR and department heads. Support in identifying talent gaps and manpower requirements aligned with organizational goals.
- Support to manage the end-to-end recruitment process across all regions. Source candidates, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring Team. Support employer branding efforts and maintain a candidate pipeline.
- Ensure the smooth implementation of HR policies and guidelines.



Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies and labour regulations, and assist in policy communication and enforcement.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries. Support in addressing minor grievances and escalating complex issues when necessary. Promote fair workplace practices and a culture of respect and inclusion.
- Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records. Work with team leads and managers to identify skill gaps and support employee development initiatives.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives to build a positive workplace culture. Gather employee feedback, prepare engagement reports, and support actions to improve overall employee experience.
