About the Role

Adwings Immigrations is seeking an experienced and results-driven
Sr. Business Development Manager – Immigration
to lead client acquisition, sales conversion, and revenue generation.

This is a
100% target-oriented sales role
requiring strong immigration industry knowledge, consultative selling skills, and the ability to close high-value clients.

The ideal candidate should understand multiple immigration pathways and be capable of identifying
cross-selling and upselling opportunities based on a client's profile
, including Australia PR, Canada PR, Germany Prospect Card, Subclass 482, and other relevant pathways.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual
sales and revenue targets
.
- Handle qualified leads and convert prospects into paid clients.




- Conduct detailed client consultations and understand their education, age, occupation, work experience, financial background, and migration objectives.
- Assess client profiles and identify suitable immigration pathways.
- Cross-sell and upsell relevant immigration services
based on client eligibility and requirements.
- Sell and promote services including:
- Australia PR
- Canada PR
- Germany Prospect Card
- Australia Subclass 482
- Skilled Migration
- Work Visa pathways
- Job Seeker / employment-based pathways
- Other relevant immigration programs
- Effectively communicate service benefits, processes, documentation requirements, timelines, and commercial terms.
- Handle client objections, negotiations, follow-ups, and closures.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-up with prospective clients.
