Role Responsibilities
- Design project tasks that authentically reflect key IR workflows, including quarterly reporting cycles and LP updates.
- Craft gold-standard response materials for IR outputs such as LP letters and investor decks.
- Assess and annotate model-generated content for numerical accuracy and compliance alignment.
- Author detailed rubrics that distinguish between IR-grade materials and preliminary drafts.
- Identify and flag communication failure modes, such as tonal inconsistencies and compliance risks.
- Collaborate asynchronously to offer constructive feedback and continuous improvement to AI model outputs.

Requirements




- Have robust relevant experience in investor relations with a large asset manager.
- Demonstrated end-to-end responsibility for IR content such as LP letters and quarterly reports.
- In-depth understanding of compliance and stakeholder communications within asset management.
- Exceptional written English skills with mastery of the investor relations register and tone.
- Proven ability to interpret and communicate complex financial data with precision and clarity.
