Job Summary

We are looking for a
MEP Engineer – Mechanical
to manage and coordinate MEP services at real estate construction sites. The candidate will be responsible for
HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, site execution, contractor management, quality control, testing & commissioning, and coordination with civil, architectural, electrical, and other project teams
.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. HVAC
- Supervise installation and execution of HVAC systems as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate installation of ducting, piping, AHU/FCU, ventilation, exhaust and related HVAC equipment.
- Check material quality, installation standards, levels, slopes and workmanship.
- Review HVAC shop drawings and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Monitor testing, balancing and commissioning of HVAC systems.
