Role Description
The Computer Science Mentor is a full-time, in office role based in Kanyakumari district. This role involves mentoring students in core computer science concepts, programming fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, and software development practices. The mentor will deliver interactive sessions,



guide students through hands-on projects, clarify technical doubts, and provide personalized feedback on assignments and assessments. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing learning materials, conducting workshops or bootcamps, monitoring student progress, and supporting learners with interview and placement preparation. The mentor will collaborate with other trainers and the academic team to continuously improve course content and ensure teaching aligns with current industry expectations.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, operating systems, databases, computer networks).
- Proficiency in at least one programming language commonly used in industry (such as C, C++, Java, Python) and familiarity with basic software development tools.
