As a Java Backend Developer, you will be responsible for building reliable, scalable, and high-performance backend applications. You will work closely with product, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to understand requirements, design effective solutions, and deliver production-ready software.

The role requires solid expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, microservices, AWS, and distributed systems, along with a solid understanding of data structures and algorithms. You will also contribute to code quality, system optimization, technical discussions, and continuous improvement of engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and AWS
- Build and enhance microservices-based architectures for enterprise-scale applications




- Develop reliable solutions for high-traffic and low-latency distributed environments
- Design and implement APIs and backend services following scalable architecture principles
- Utilize AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda for application development and deployment
- Analyze and resolve performance, scalability, reliability, and production issues
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions
- Write clean, maintainable, efficient, and testable code
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards and best practices
- Apply appropriate data structures and algorithms to solve complex technical problems efficiently
