Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to lead our Accounts Department. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in bank reconciliation, managing Managing Director’s accounts, filing statutory returns, and preparing balance sheets, along with expertise in handling all senior accounting responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounts.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow efficiently.




- Oversee and manage the Managing Director’s accounting and bank statements.
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including vouchers, payments, and receipts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss accounts.
- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
- Coordinate with internal departments, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
- Implement and monitor internal controls, accounting standards, and compliance.
- Mentor junior accountants and support team development.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in senior/accounting lead roles.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Tally / ERP accounting software
- Solid understanding of bank reconciliation, ledger management, and balance sheet preparation
