Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented
Senior Credit Analyst / Loan Processor
to support Australian Mortgage Brokers in managing end-to-end mortgage application processing. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Australian lending policies, credit assessment, loan packaging, and mortgage operations.

This role requires a professional who can independently manage loan applications from initial assessment through approval while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and an exceptional client experience. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and coordinating with brokers, lenders, BDMs, and clients across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

Loan Processing & Application Management
- Manage end-to-end mortgage applications from submission through approval and settlement stages.
- Conduct preliminary assessment of client financial information and lending requirements.
- Prepare and review complete loan applications to ensure accuracy and compliance.




- Monitor application progress and proactively follow up with stakeholders to achieve timely approvals.

Credit Assessment & Financial Analysis
- Analyze client financial profiles, including:
- PAYG Income Assessment
- Self-Employed Income Assessment
- Asset & Liability Analysis
- Debt Position Evaluation
- Conduct servicing calculations and borrowing capacity assessments.
- Identify risks and recommend appropriate lending solutions.

Lending Policy Research & Product Selection
- Research lender policies and identify suitable loan products based on client requirements.
- Compare pricing structures, loan products, and lending criteria across various lenders.
- Provide recommendations aligned with Australian lending regulations and policies.

Documentation & Compliance
- Complete Fact Finds, BID documentation, and other compliance requirements.
- Prepare and package compliant loan submissions.
- Ensure adherence to Australian mortgage regulations
