About the Company

A leading professional-services firm is expanding its India research centre and has partnered with Flexiple to hire. You will support engagement teams with the financial analysis behind client recommendations. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Financial Research Analyst, you will study companies, industries, and deals, building the financial models and research that support advisory and diligence work.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Research
- Analyse company financials, industry data, and market reports
- Build financial models, benchmarks, and valuation summaries
- Support diligence, deal, and advisory research requests

Reporting & Support
- Prepare research decks, profiles, and briefs for engagement teams
- Maintain accurate sources,



assumptions, and documentation

Ideal Candidate Profile
- 1 to 5 years in financial research, analysis, or a related advisory role
- Strong financial statement analysis and Excel modelling skills
- A meticulous, source-driven thinker with attention to detail
- Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications
- CA Inter, CFA Level 1, or an MBA in Finance
- Exposure to Capital IQ, Bloomberg, or Refinitiv
- Experience in consulting, advisory, or research services
