Analyst, Facilities Management Account Management – Work Dynamics
What this job involves: We are seeking an analytical and tech-savvy Facilities Management Analyst specializing in soft services to drive data-driven decision-making and innovation across our facility operations. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced analytics and emerging technologies to optimize soft service delivery, enhance operational efficiency,
and implement creative solutions while maintaining high standards of service quality.
Key ResponsibilitiesData Analytics & Performance ManagementCollect, analyze, and interpret data from soft services operations including janitorial, pest control, landscaping, and horticulture services
Develop comprehensive dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and service delivery metrics
Conduct trend analysis to identify patterns, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
Generate actionable insights from facility performance data to support strategic decision-making
Perform cost-benefit analyses for soft service operations and recommend optimization strategies
