GaneshaSpeaks.com is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to drive customer acquisition, engagement, conversions, and revenue growth through data-driven digital marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing, campaign optimization, customer acquisition, analytics, and conversion-focused marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and business performance metrics.

The role requires a proactive, analytical, and target-oriented professional who can monitor campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and optimize marketing efforts to achieve measurable business results.





Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across relevant digital platforms.
- Manage campaigns with a focus on customer acquisition, conversions, revenue, and ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve CPC, CTR, conversion rate, CAC, ROAS, and overall campaign efficiency.
- Monitor the complete digital marketing funnel, from customer acquisition to conversion and repeat purchase.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement, retention, and revenue.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, audiences, landing pages, offers, and campaign strategies to improve performance.
