IT Sales & Calling Executive

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and result-oriented IT Sales & Calling Executive with an IT/technical background and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle sales calls and respond to client inquiries professionally.
- Generate leads through calling, online sources, and other channels.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into potential clients.
- Understand and explain IT services to prospective clients in a clear manner.
- Maintain professional communication with clients and prospects.
- Coordinate with the internal technical team to understand client requirements.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status.
- Work towards assigned sales targets and business goals.

Requirements
- IT/Technical background is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong calling and client-handling skills.




- Basic understanding of IT services and solutions.
- Confident and skilled personality.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
