JOB DESCRIPTION
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to
our growth, we’re looking to add a Fullstack .Net Technical Manager – IT located
in Chennai location.
We are looking for a highly experienced, hands-on Technical Lead who will play a
dual role — actively contributing to coding while also mentoring and managing a
small technical team.
The ideal candidate will be a robust individual contributor with deep expertise
in .NET Core, React.js, containerization, and application monitoring (ELK
Stack). You will lead by example — writing quality code, setting best practices,
and guiding the team toward technical excellence.
This position requires strong ownership, the ability to make architectural
decisions, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with product, DevOps,
and business stakeholders.
