Role Description The Sales & Lead Conversion Executive – Turnkey Construction is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves managing incoming inquiries, qualifying leads, and guiding potential clients through the sales funnel for turnkey construction and related services. The Executive will conduct site visits, prepare and present proposals, explain project scope and pricing,



and follow up consistently to convert leads into confirmed projects. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools, coordinating with project and design teams to align client expectations, and ensuring smooth handover from sales to execution. The role also includes building long-term relationships, identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities, monitoring market trends, and contributing feedback to improve sales materials and processes.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably in construction, real estate, interiors, or related industries.
Strong lead qualification and conversion skills, with the ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet or exceed targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
