We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our growing recruiting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of recruiting highly skilled professionals across the semiconductor, electronics, engineering and IT industries.

Key Responsibilities
Source and recruit technical professionals using LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and other sourcing strategies.
Recruit candidates across semiconductor and IT disciplines.
Build and maintain a solid pipeline of qualified candidates.
Conduct phone/video screens and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
Manage candidates throughout the recruiting process and provide an excellent candidate experience.
Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting activity records in the ATS/CRM.
Develop strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and clients.




Stay current with semiconductor and technology talent-market trends.
