Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Event Sales Manager to generate new business, manage corporate and exhibition/event clients, and drive sales of event infrastructure and services such as exhibition stalls, German hangers, pagoda tents, AC rentals, and complete event setups.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through calls, meetings, references, networking, and market research.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event agencies, exhibitors, and organizers.
Understand client requirements and prepare suitable event solutions and quotations.
Handle end-to-end sales activities from lead generation to order closure and payment follow-up.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts with clients.
Coordinate with the operations, design, and technical teams for smooth project execution.




Visit exhibition venues and client locations when required.
Follow up on quotations, proposals, purchase orders, and payments.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline, customer database, and regular sales reports.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's client base.
Ensure excellent customer service and generate repeat business.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong sales and business development capabilities.
Experience in the events, exhibitions, hospitality, rental, or infrastructure industry preferred.
Valuable knowledge of event/exhibition products and services.
Ability to meet sales targets and work independently.
Strong client relationship management and presentation skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Email, and CRM tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Event Management, or a related field preferred.
