We are expanding our high-ticket sales team and are looking for experienced closers who know how to sell premium offerings—not discounts.

Who We're Looking For:
If you have successfully sold products or services worth ₹1 lakh or more and enjoy consultative selling with serious buyers, we'd like to speak with you.
This role is ideal for professionals from coaching, education, consulting, luxury services, financial products, real estate, healthcare, or any industry involving high-value sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Consult with qualified inbound and outbound leads.
Understand customer goals, challenges, and buying motivations.
Present premium courses, consultation packages, and transformation programs.
Handle objections confidently and close high-value deals.




Build trust through consultative selling rather than aggressive pitching.
Maintain regular follow-ups and manage your sales pipeline through CRM.
Achieve monthly revenue targets while maintaining a high conversion rate.
Make 150–200 calls daily through the CRM system.

Mandatory Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience.
Minimum qualification - Graduate
Proven experience selling products or services priced at ₹1 lakh or above.
Strong track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
Comfortable speaking with premium customers and decision-makers.
Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and follow-ups.
Self-driven, competitive, and performance-oriented.

Compensation:
Fixed salary up to ₹38,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
Uncapped incentives with significant earning potential for top performers.
