Role Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated Mechanical Design Intern to join our All Terrain Vehicle (ATV) development programme.
The intern will work hands-on with our core engineering team on the design, simulation, and development of ATV systems — from conceptual layouts through to fabrication-ready drawings.



This is a high-impact role offering real-world exposure to defencegrade vehicle engineering.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the conceptual design and detailed design of ATV chassis, suspension, drivetrain, and body structural components.
Create and refine 3D CAD models and 2D manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks / CATIA / Fusion 360.
Conduct static and energetic structural analysis using FEA tools (Creo) and iterate designs based on results.
Support selection and integration of mechanical sub-systems including suspension geometry, steering linkages, braking systems, and wheel-axle assemblies.
Assist in GD&T; specification, tolerance analysis, and DFM (Design for Manufacturability) reviews.
Collaborate with the fabrication team to validate prototypes; participate in shop-floor assembly and testing activities.
Maintain engineering documentation including BOMs, design logs, revision histories, and test reports.
