We’re hiring: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We’re looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us find and bring the right people into Reboot.
This isn’t a role where you simply manage job postings and calendars. We’re looking for someone who can understand what a team actually needs, identify good talent, communicate clearly with candidates, and keep the hiring process moving without unnecessary layers.

What you’ll work on
• Source and identify talent across art, production and business roles
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
• Manage candidate communication, follow-ups and hiring pipelines
• Work closely with managers to understand role requirements
• Support compensation discussions, offers and joining coordination
• Maintain a clean and reliable candidate database / recruitment tracker
• Build long-term talent pipelines for recurring and specialist positions




• Make sure candidates have a clear and professional experience throughout the process
What we’re looking for

• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn and other hiring platforms
• Good written and verbal communication
• Comfortable speaking with candidates across different seniority levels
• Strong follow-through and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple open positions without losing visibility
• Experience hiring for gaming, VFX, animation, technology or creative roles is a solid plus
