Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for driving sales of fire safety products and services. In this position, the Sales Specialist identifies and qualifies leads, conducts client meetings and site visits, prepares proposals and quotations, and follows up to close sales. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a smooth sales experience from initial contact through post-sale support.



The Sales Specialist collaborates with internal teams to coordinate order processing, delivery, and after-sales service, while regularly reporting on sales performance and market trends. The role may also include participating in product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for clients to build awareness and understanding of fire safety solutions.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
