Associate s degree in a technical field e g Information Technology Computer Science or equivalent work experience A bachelor s degree is preferred Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Data Center Technician Field Engineer or similar role Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role preferably within the technology industry Experience with hardware from major vendors e g Dell HP Cisco Juniper etc Relevant Skills
