What You'll Do
From your first week,



you'll become an active member of the Talent Acquisition team rather than simply observing from the sidelines. You'll work with the recruiter(s) to support our hiring efforts across Bangalore and Delhi; through this, you will learn how hiring decisions influence the growth of a global SaaS company.
You'll review inbound applications to understand what separates good candidates from truly exceptional ones, developing your ability to assess capability, potential and alignment to Sitetracker's Performance Based Hiring methodology.
You'll support the coordination and scheduling of interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring candidates and interviewers have a seamless experience throughout the recruitment process.
