What You'll Do:
- Identify, approach, and onboard advertisers and brands directly across Indian and global markets.
- Build and manage a strong advertiser pipeline through market research, outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and industry platforms.
- Manage advertiser accounts and campaigns across platforms such as
Awin, Impact, Rakuten Advertising, and Trackier
.
- Handle the complete advertiser onboarding cycle, including pitching, commercial negotiation, tracking setup, campaign launch, and account activation.
- Coordinate offer setup, tracking links, creatives, validations, reporting, reconciliation, and payout processes.




- Maintain strong relationships with existing advertisers and identify opportunities for upselling, repeat campaigns, and account growth.
- Work closely with internal affiliate, campaign, operations, and finance teams.
- Track advertiser performance, revenue, margins, pipeline, and monthly targets.
- Conduct market, competitor, and category research across global geographies.
- Maintain accurate lead, advertiser, and campaign records in the CRM.

Requirement:
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in advertiser acquisition, affiliate marketing, performance marketing, AdTech, or agency business development.
- Hands-on experience with at least one of these platforms:
Awin, Impact, Rakuten Advertising, or Trackier
.
- Proven experience onboarding brands directly, not only through intermediary networks.
- Solid understanding of commercial models such as
CPA, CPL, CPI, CPS, RevShare, and Hybrid
.
- Experience managing the full advertiser lifecycle, from prospecti
