Role Description
The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations and supporting a growing maritime consulting team. This full-time,



on-site role is based in Bengaluru and includes responsibilities such as administering HR policies, maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment and onboarding, and managing employee advantages and payroll-related data in collaboration with finance. The specialist will handle employee queries, support performance management processes, assist in organizing training and development initiatives, and help ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company standards. The role also involves supporting employee engagement activities, contributing to HR process improvements, and partnering with management to promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
