Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and motivated
Sales & Marketing Coordinator / Executive
to handle sales coordination, lead generation, customer follow-up and marketing activities for Industrial Air Compressors, Medical Air Systems, Vacuum Pump Systems and related engineering products.

Key Responsibilities

· Generate recent business leads through online portals, internet research, email, telephone, WhatsApp and LinkedIn.

· Follow up regularly with existing and prospective customers.

· Understand customer requirements and share suitable product information.

· Handle enquiries, quotations, negotiations and order follow-up.

· Coordinate with the Production, Purchase, Accounts, Service and Dispatch Teams.

· Update customers regarding order status,



material readiness and delivery schedules.

· Follow up on pending payments and outstanding amounts.

· Maintain customer databases, sales records and follow-up reports.

· Attend customer meetings and occasional market, hospital or industrial visits.

· Support exhibitions, promotional activities and basic digital marketing coordination.

Educational Qualification

Candidates from Business, Marketing, Commerce, Mechanical Engineering or any related educational background may apply.

Candidates from other educational backgrounds may also apply, provided they have good communication, sales and computer skills.

Experience

Fresher to 3 years

Candidates with experience in Sales, Industrial Product Sales or the Manufacturing Industry will be preferred. Skilled and confident freshers may also apply.
