As the
Employer Brand & Campus Hiring HR Program Manager
, you will sit at the intersection of Talent Acquisition, Brand Marketing, and Student Relations. You will be responsible for positioning as an employer of choice across top-tier universities while designing and executing scalable early-talent acquisition programs.

You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of university recruitment, manage intern-to-FTE talent pipelines, and drive multi-channel brand campaigns that showcase our culture, mission, and Employee Value Proposition (EVP).

Key Responsibilities

1. Campus Strategy & Execution
- University Partnership Management:
Build and nurture robust, strategic relationships with placement cells, faculty, and student bodies at target universities and institutes.
- Full-Lifecycle Campus Hiring:
Lead end-to-end campus drives (engineering, product, management, etc.), from pre-placement talks (PPTs) and online assessments to final interviews and offer rollouts.
- Early Talent Programs:
Design, structure, and execute structured Internship, Management Trainee (MT),



and Graduate Engineering Trainee (GET) programs.
- Onboarding & Experience:
Partner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to ensure a seamless post-offer engagement strategy and transition from campus to corporate.

2. Employer Brand Strategy & Activation
- EVP & Storytelling:
Operationalize and amplify our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) across campus and digital touchpoints to attract high-caliber talent.
- Digital & Social Media Campaigns:
Collaborate with Marketing to run targeted employer brand campaigns on LinkedIn, Instagram, Glassdoor, and niche talent platforms.
- Campus Brand Presence:
Conceptualize and host hackathons, case competitions, guest lectures, and tech workshops to create top-of-mind recall among students.
- Collateral & Content Creation:
Develop engaging campus collateral, candidate handbooks, video spotlights, and employee success stories.
