About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
IT Project Manager
with robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage key projects and workstreams across a growing portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of software development projects, budgets, schedules, and workstreams.
- Manage project planning, resource allocation, dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery timelines.
- Drive Agile delivery practices and continuous process improvement.
- Track project KPIs, productivity metrics, progress, and variances; provide regular status reporting.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources across multiple time zones.
- Manage stakeholder communication, expectations, escalations, and project governance.
- Partner with Engineering and Resource Managers for project staffing and capacity planning.
- Ensure compliance with corporate and financial regulations.
- Perform project-related data analysis and support business decision-making.
- Identify project risks,



impacts, and mitigation strategies.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and adapt to changing priorities.
- Present project status and recommendations effectively to senior and executive stakeholders.

Requirements
- 5+ years of
IT Project Delivery
experience in Cloud environments.
- Proven experience as a
Software Project Manager, IT Project Manager, Program Manager, Agile Project Manager, or Scrum Master
.
- Strong knowledge of
Agile, Scrum, and scaled Agile frameworks
such as SAFe, LeSS, or Scrum@Scale.
- Advanced hands-on experience with
Jira and Confluence
.
- Strong understanding of
SDLC and software development processes
.
- Experience in
process improvement, business transformation, and business analysis
.
- Strong stakeholder, resource, risk, change, and project management skills.
- Experience managing distributed teams and resources across multiple time zones.
