We are seeking a C# Lead Software Developer with deep expertise in designing and developing complex, high-performance software systems. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a passion for development excellence, technical leadership, and building innovative solutions in regulated environments such as the medical device industry.

Duties And Responsibilities

Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and architectural decisions in the team.
Create and maintain technical specifications and design documents.
Provide technical mentorship and guidance to development teams on best practices in architecture, design, and secure coding.
Analyze complex requirements and translate them into efficient, scalable, and maintainable software designs.
Stay current with modern C# standards and industry trends, driving innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications





Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of professional experience in C# software development.
Strong expertise in C# and object-oriented design.
In-depth knowledge of software patterns (e.g., Singletons, Inversion of Control, MVVM).
Familiarity with tools like Git, CMake, static code analyzers, and CI/CD pipelines.
Understanding secure coding practices and software development lifecycles in regulated environments.
Excellent communication and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in medical device software development or other regulated industries (e.g.,

automotive, aerospace, healthcare).

Knowledge of IEC 62304, ISO 14971, or similar regulatory standards is a solid plus.
