Workday Integration Developer
to design, develop, maintain, and optimize integrations across the Workday ecosystem and external applications. This role is ideal for a technically strong professional with hands-on expertise in
Workday Integration, Workday Studio, and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
.

You will work on complex integration requirements, translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, and ensure reliable data exchange between Workday and third-party systems. The role requires strong integration development skills, attention to detail, troubleshooting ability, and the confidence to work independently in a remote workplace.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain complex Workday integrations
- Build and enhance integrations using Workday Studio and EIB




- Develop inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and external applications
- Work with Workday Core Connectors, Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, and related integration technologies
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective integration solutions
- Configure and maintain integration systems while ensuring data accuracy, security, and reliability
- Develop transformation logic, mappings, validations, error handling, and integration workflows
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and production validation
- Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot failures, data issues, and production incidents
- Collaborate with HR, payroll, finance, IT, and other stakeholders to resolve integration-related challenges
- Support integration deployments, enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance
