Role Summary
As the Technical Platform Associate, you will play a critical role
in driving the successful execution and day-to-day operations of the Mosambi platform. Acting as the bridge between leadership, product strategy, engineering, and execution teams, you will ensure that business requirements are effectively translated into deliverables while maintaining the quality, reliability, and continuous evolution of the platform.
You will execute and coordinate a multidisciplinary team comprising Platform Developers, Platform Administrators, and Research Associates, ensuring that priorities are clearly defined, responsibilities are assigned, timelines are met,



and deliverables maintain a high standard of quality. The role requires balancing technical understanding with robust people and project management skills to keep the platform running efficiently while enabling rapid experimentation, testing, and continuous improvement.
You will also oversee platform operations, monitor system health, coordinate feature development, validate research outputs, support user issues, and provide regular reporting to leadership through dashboards and progress updates. This position offers significant exposure to platform engineering, cloud technologies, product management, AI-enabled workflows, and digital ecosystem development, making it an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to grow into senior product, technology, or engineering leadership roles
