Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic, results-oriented
Sales Associate Intern
to join our growing sales team. The intern will work closely with students and prospective applicants, understand their study-abroad goals, generate and qualify leads, and support the counselling and admissions process.

Key Responsibilities




- Generate leads through
calling, WhatsApp, social media, college outreach, and other channels
.
- Connect with students interested in studying abroad and understand their requirements.
- Conduct initial discussions to understand their academic background, preferred country, course, budget, and career goals.
- Qualify leads and schedule counselling sessions with Study Ark counsellors.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Maintain accurate lead information and follow-up activities in the CRM/database.
- Explain Study Ark's services, programs, and admission-support process to students.
- Assist the sales team in converting qualified leads into customers.
- Participate in
college/campus outreach and student engagement activities

- Coordinate with the counselling and operations teams to ensure smooth student onboarding.
- Prepare basic sales reports and share daily/weekly updates with the rep
