Role Description
The Territory Sales Manager (Bangalore) is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for driving business growth across assigned regions with a primary focus on Bangalore. This role involves identifying and nurturing partnerships with colleges, training institutes, and corporate clients,



while promoting FACE Prep’s skill development and placement-focused programs. Day-to-day activities include meeting prospective and existing clients, delivering product presentations, negotiating contracts, and managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure. The Territory Sales Manager will collaborate closely with marketing and training teams to align offerings with client needs, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and support training or onboarding sessions where required. The role also includes tracking sales performance, preparing regular reports, and contributing insights to refine sales strategies and market expansion plans.

Qualifications
- Robust Communication skills, including the ability to present, negotiate, and build lasting relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven Sales expertise, with experience in territory management, lead generation, pipeline building
