About the Role:

We are looking for a
Technical Project Coordinator
to support a global
Identity and Access Management (IAM) migration to Microsoft Entra ID
for a leading market data provider.

This is a
fully remote opportunity
involving coordination across client IT, business, implementation and project teams. The ideal candidate will have strong project coordination, stakeholder management and documentation skills, with an understanding of IAM and Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate IAM migration activities across client IT, business and project stakeholders.
- Organise project kick-off meetings, status meetings and follow-up sessions.
- Track migration milestones, project actions, blockers, risks and dependencies.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure required information and actions are completed on time.
- Support testing activities, deployment readiness and go-live coordination.
- Maintain project plans, trackers, documentation, status reports and client records.
- Coordinate technical questions between client stakeholders,



internal specialists and implementation teams.
- Prepare regular project and programme progress updates.
- Monitor outstanding activities and proactively escalate delays or dependencies.
- Support coordination of multiple migration activities and client accounts in parallel.

Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience
in technical project coordination, IT project support, IT support, application support, service delivery, SaaS implementation or customer onboarding.
- Strong written and spoken
English communication skills

- Positive communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong organisation, coordination, follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities, priorities or client accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail when maintaining project plans, trackers and documentation.
- Confident working with
Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel and Powe
