Job Overview
Our client is hiring a US Accounts Executive / Bookkeeping Executive with 1-2 years of experience in the accounting outsourcing industry. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking for bookkeeping jobs, US accounting jobs, or KPO accounting jobs in Surat. The candidate should have hands-on experience in bookkeeping and accounting, and be comfortable working with international clients.



Experience in US accounting is preferred. Candidates with experience in UK, UAE, Singapore, or other international/offshore accounting will also be considered. Knowledge of QuickBooks or Xero is an advantage, though not mandatory.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting for international clients
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and record transactions
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Record sales, purchase, expense, and other accounting entries
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of records
- Support month-end closing activities
- Review and maintain accounting records as per client requirements
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks
- Coordinate with internal teams and overseas clients as needed
- Help resolve routine accounting and bookkeeping queries
- Follow set accounting processes, documentation st
