Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition (50%)

 Own end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical roles.

 Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

 Source, assess, and engage high-quality talent through multiple channels.

 Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding.

 Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

 Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring effectiveness.

 Support employer branding initiatives to position Ias an employer of choice

HR Business Partnering (20%)

 Partner with managers and staff on day-to-day people operations.

 Support performance management, employee engagement, learning, and development

initiatives.

 Facilitate onboarding, confirmations, employee transitions, and exit processes.

 Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance culture.

 Promote employee well-being and ensure a positive staff experience.





HR Operations & Office Administration (20%)

 Manage staff records, HR documentation, HRIS, and policy administration.

 Support payroll inputs, leave administration, and compliance activities.

 Coordinate office administration, vendor management, workplace logistics, and asset management.

 Ensure smooth execution of HR processes and operational excellence.

People Analytics (10%)

 Prepare HR dashboards and people reports.

 Analyse recruitment, headcount, attrition, and engagement metrics.

 Use data-driven insights to improve people decisions and organisational effectiveness.

Travel: 20% travel for Annual meetings, team meetings and discussions as per the role

What We Are Looking For

 7–10 years of HR experience with solid expertise in Talent Acquisition.

 Experience hiring for startups, healthcare, technology, social enterprises, or nonprofit organisations.
