We are looking for a
creative, proactive, and highly organized Social Media & Content Manager
to lead our digital presence and communicate the work of our artists, programmes, and initiatives across platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -
- Develop and manage content across
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms
.
- Create engaging
posts, reels, videos, photography, and written content
.
- Plan and maintain a
monthly content calendar
.
- Cover exhibitions, artist studios, events, programmes, and behind-the-scenes activities.
- Manage community engagement and respond to messages and comments.
- Update and maintain the
Space118 website
.
- Assist with
newsletters and other digital communications
.
- Coordinate and support the production of
catalogues and other publications
, including liaising with designers, artists, and vendors where required.
- Capture and organize photographs, videos, and other digital assets.
- Maintain an organized
digital archive and content repository
,



including uploading relevant materials and screenshots to the shared drive.
- Track social media performance and prepare
monthly analytics reports
.
- Stay updated with social media trends and recommend recent ideas to strengthen Space118's digital presence and audience engagement.
- Ensure that the organization's
website, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital platforms are regularly updated and maintained
.
- Work towards completing and organizing the current
website and social media updates, including relevant news/documentation.

REQUIREMENTS-
- 2–5 years of experience
in social media, content creation, digital communications, or a related field.
- Mumbai/Bombay based and comfortable working in a
hybrid setup
.
- Strong writing, photography, and video editing skills.
- Proficiency in
Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
or similar editing software.
- Experience with social media management and content scheduling.
